We have professionally printed shipping tags for your convenience.

These tags will attach to the skins and horns or antlers of your trophies.

This will help in identifying your trophies when we receive them.

The port of entry is New York. We use Fauna & Flora Customhouse Brokerage Co, Inc.

 

Procedures for shipping your trophies from within the U.S.

It is very important to handle your trophies with the utmost care. Improperly cared for trophies in the field may result in a less than desirable mount.

1) Be sure that the ears, nose, lips, and eyes are turned completely and all meat is removed form the skin.

2) Use table grade salt and be liberal. Rub it into the skin throughly, especially on the face.

3) Lay the skin on a slight grade and let drain for 24 hours. Shake salt free from skin, wrap in burlap (NOT PLASTIC) and ship to:

4) Please inclose the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Complete Address
  • Daytime Telephone Number
  • Fax Number
  • Email Address
  • Hunting License Number
  • Seal Number or Tag Number

5) Please make sure that each package is addressed with your name and return address on the outside of the package. If the contents need immediate attention, please indicate so on the package.


Trophies from outside the U.S.

While planning your hunt, please call us for shipping tags. These will attach to your hides and skulls and help identify your trophies.

All shipments form outside the United States should be sent to the port of New York as follows:
